Each item is made just for you! Orders are usually fulfilled within a week of purchase.

Combining Shipments

We’re unable to combine multiple orders once they’ve been placed. To avoid additional shipping costs, please ensure all desired items are included in a single order at checkout.

Adding Items to an Existing Order

If you’d like to add items to an order that has already been placed, you may cancel the original order and submit a new one with all items included, or place a separate order for the additional products.

Canceling Your Order

Orders can only be canceled before they enter the fulfillment process. Once production or packaging has begun, cancellations are no longer possible, as all items are made to order. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order—we’ll do our best to assist if processing has not yet started.
